B&A recently purchased two iPro continuous glucose monitors to assist our diabetic patients.
B&A recently purchased two iPro continuous glucose monitors (CGM) to assist with our diabetic patients blood glucose management. The monitors check interstial glucose every 5 minutes. Blood glucose results are then downloaded in graph format from the monitor which we use for problem solving and trouble shooting.  The CGM is a very interesting and beneficial tool to use as part of our diabetic management protocol.

B&A recently attended the Rocky Mountain Eating Disorder Conference in Denver, CO
B&A attended the Rocky Mountain Eating Disorder Conference to learn additional information about how eating disorders are affecting women and men today.  Our staff was also able to connect with some of the physicians who assist our clients.  For more information on the conference, click here.

Carol Banister now serves on an advisory board for Oklahoma State University
Oklahoma State University requested Carol Banister to serve in an advisory capacity on their internship board. She recently attended a board meeting to review and approve program directives.

Aley Vogel Joins B&A staff as an intern
Banister and Associates is glad to have Aley Vogel join our staff as an intern. Aley plans to start graduate school to become a registered dietitian. Currently, she is a great asset to our office doing research, marketing, program and materials development.

Carol Banister now serves on the Kansas State University College of Human Ecology Alumni Board
Carol Banister was recently asked to join the KSU board to assist the college with its alumni outreach.  Using her background as an industry leader and business owner, Carol is glad to join the board and help with its efforts.
