Patient Satisfaction Survey

 

Banister and Associates recently had a survey conducted to determine their patients' satisfaction with services provided.

Study results:

• attempted to contact 160 patients seen during past two years
• made contact with 100 patients
• 94% of these patients considered the nutrition counseling service of Banister and Associates as good/excellent

These patients also indicated they would, and many already had referred their friends and relatives for nutrition management counseling to Banister and Associates.
