Fresh Salsa

 
  • 4 tomatoes (vine ripe are a favorite)
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 pablano pepper (seeds removed if desired)
  • 2-3 Tbsp Cilantro
  • 1 ½ - 2 Tbsp lime juice
  • Garlic Salt (to taste)
  • Salt (to taste)

Chop tomatoes, peppers, and cilantro in food processer. Combine mixture with lime juice, garlic salt, and salt. Refrigerate for approximately 2 hours to allow flavors to combine.

Goes great with the oven baked tortilla chips.

Makes about 2 cups
