Fruit Smoothie

 
  • 4 oz fruit juice of choice
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen mixed fruit
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt

Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend till smooth, a few seconds.

Nutrition Information: 1 cup
365 calories 1 gm fat
