Peanut Butter and Jelly Quesadillas

 
  • 1-10 inch flour tortilla
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons jelly
  1. Spread peanut butter on one side of the flour tortilla. Fold in half so that peanut butter is on the inside.
  2. Place the toritilla in a skillet that has been preheated to medium heat.
  3. Heat on each side about 2 minutes or until lightly brown. Slice into wedges.

Serve with jelly for dipping.

Makes 2 servings.
