Orange Rosemary Chicken

 
  • 1 lb chicken pieces, boneless and skinless
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 6 oz frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed (not diluted)
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp marjoram

Preheat oven to 350˚F.

Place the chicken in a casserole dish with a lid.

Sprinkle with paprika and pepper.

Mix together the remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.

Bake for 1 hour, covered, until no longer pink inside.

4 servings.

* Serve with brown rice, fruit salad, and roasted asparagus.
* Leftover chicken is delicious for chicken salad
* Cover chicken with foil if you do not have a casserole dish with a lid.
