Supreme Fruit Dip

 
  • 1 cup lowfat cottage cheese
  • 1 cup lowfat orange yogurt
  • 1/4 cup chopped mandarin oranges

Combine the cottage cheese and yogurt in a blender well. Transfer to serving bowl and gently fold in mandarin oranges. Refrigerate until chilled. Serve with assorted fruits and crackers. Pineapple yogurt and crushed pineapple can be substituted for orange.
